A list is kept for Sellers wishing to use this service. This eliminates the need for a realtor. An Agreement is signed by the Seller before referral activation begins. Interested buyers will be given the phone numbers of the Seller to schedule showing appointments. If the Referral List is used resulting in a sale, a 1% fee will be paid to Spring Meadow at closing by attorney check to Spring Meadow Condominium Association.

Selling Your Unit: Unit owners should give the Board Vice-President timely notice of their intent to sell their unit. On receipt of such notice, the Vice-President will arrange to have the exterior of the unit inspected.
Options for Sellers:
- For sale by owner/estate: Procure your buyer without the assistance of the SMCA Membership Committee.
- Utilize Spring Meadow Referral List of Interested Buyers:
This is a separate Real Estate 1% Referral Fee Agreement signed by Seller before referral activation begins.
